We’re looking for a creative Ad & Video Content Specialist to produce short-form videos, ads, and multimedia assets for TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. Your work will bring our persona-led GTM strategy to life and drive lead gen, engagement, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
Email & CRM Design

Design polished, responsive email templates for newsletters, nurture journeys, and automated workflows.

Translate campaign messaging and GTM narratives into visually compelling layouts optimised for engagement and readability.

Work with CRM and content teams to ensure email design supports segmentation, personalisation, and conversion goals.
Advertising & Campaign Creative

Create scroll-stopping static ad creatives for Meta, YouTube, Google Display, and LinkedIn.

Produce campaign graphics and on-brand visuals aligned to TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages.

Repurpose content (testimonials, case studies, blogs) into snackable creative formats for paid and organic distribution.
Digital & Web Design

Design website banners, landing page graphics, and supporting campaign visuals that enhance user experience and guide conversion.

Support the design of on-site messaging, lead magnets, and content upgrades.
Lightweight Motion & Multimedia

Produce simple motion graphics or light animation where needed to elevate campaigns.

Create or edit short-form clips only when required for ads or social amplification (not as a primary function).
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with copywriters, strategists, and CRM/Paid teams to ensure cohesive messaging and design alignment.

Participate in creative reviews, provide design rationale, and iterate based on performance insights.
Asset Management & Workflow

Maintain organised, version-controlled creative libraries with clear naming conventions.

Collaborate within structured 2-week sprints to deliver assets efficiently.

Stay updated on digital design best practices and platform trends to inform creative testing.
