Role Overview:
We are seeking a talented and agile Ad Creative & Video Content Specialist / Editor to bring a persona-driven GTM strategy to life. You’ll play a central role in creating compelling short-form video content, static and motion ads, and repurposable multimedia assets tailored to specific buyer personas across platforms like TikTok, Meta, and YouTube. Your work will directly fuel lead generation, engagement, and conversion across the funnel.
- Develop short-form video creatives (15s–60s) optimised for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta
- Collaborate on ad scripts based on provided hooks, pain points, and persona stories
- Produce UGC-style and viral-oriented ad creatives using real or AI-enhanced footage
- Translate GTM content concepts into visual and multimedia assets across TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages
- Create scroll-stopping static ad creatives for Meta and YouTube (carousel, banners, story images)
- Edit testimonial and case study content into snackable paid and organic formats
- Work with copywriters and media strategists to ensure alignment of visuals and messaging
- Organise assets in a version-controlled system and collaborate within 2-week sprints
- Stay on top of platform trends and suggest creative testing ideas for ongoing optimisation

Job Description
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in video editing, ad design, or multimedia content production
- Strong portfolio with examples of short-form, platform-native ad creatives (esp. TikTok & Meta)
- Familiarity with persona-based or funnel-aligned creative strategies
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Experience with UGC-style editing and storytelling (both scripted and unscripted)
- Ability to rapidly iterate and turn around assets under tight deadlines
Nice to have skills
- Experience in education, career training, lifestyle or performance marketing
- Skills in motion graphics, animation, or AI-powered tools (Runway, Pika, Midjourney, Capcut, Veo, Kling etc.)
- Basic understanding of performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and creative testing principles
- Familiarity with ClickUp and collaborative sprints
