Join our dynamic team at Velocity Media as an Inbound Marketing Specialist & HubSpot Implementer.
In this hybrid role, you'll be an essential part of the marketing team—identifying new opportunities, optimising content strategies, and supporting the setup and implementation of inbound campaigns.
We’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in HubSpot CRM onboarding—from initial setup and configuration to training, automation, and integration with marketing and sales processes. You should be comfortable working across marketing automation, workflows, contact management, and reporting to help our clients get maximum value from their HubSpot environment.
Non-negotiable requirements:
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software
- Familiarity with HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hub setup
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
- HubSpot inbound marketing certification
- Google Certification
- Knowledge of building out workflows and defining funnels
- Extensive PPC and paid social experience
- Email and Mobile Marketing
- Thorough understanding of Inbound methodology

Job Description
As an Inbound Digital Marketer & HubSpot Implementer, where you’ll play a critical dual role: crafting and executing impactful inbound marketing strategies while leading the configuration and optimisation of HubSpot for our clients.
In this hybrid role, you’ll work closely with clients and internal teams to identify new marketing opportunities, launch data-driven campaigns, and ensure scalable HubSpot setups that drive performance and ROI.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop content and campaign strategies aligned with client goals, using SEO, email, social media, and events to drive engagement and acquisition.

Analyse campaign performance and use data insights to optimise and iterate.

Configure, customise, and manage HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs—setting up pipelines, workflows, custom properties, lists, reports, and dashboards.

Lead HubSpot onboarding, including discovery workshops, data imports, basic integrations, and user training.

Ensure clean system setups and ongoing health checks that promote client success and scalability.

Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain project momentum and accurate task tracking.
Requirements

4+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (Marketing, Sales, or Service Hub)

Experience with inbound marketing strategy and campaign execution

Strong understanding of marketing analytics, automation, and lead generation funnels

Ability to interpret data, translate insights into action, and report on performance

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Confident managing client relationships and working across teams

Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Nice to have skills

HubSpot certifications (especially in Marketing Hub Implementation, Inbound Marketing, or CRM)

Familiarity with tools like ClickUp, Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, or LinkedIn Ads

Experience with B2B marketing, particularly in industries like higher education, tech, or professional services
